I'm one of your Cutler Bay neighbors. I started this web site so that neighbors and future residents could easily share information with each other as well as the surrounding Community . Check out all the pages --you can use this website to Post a Message to your neighbors, place a Free Classified Ad selling your boat, car or RV, find a lost pet or search for something fun to do. Have fun with it and please feel free to email me if you have any suggestions for your Cutler Bay website!
Be the first one to post your car, boat or RV for sale. It's free and will stay in the guest book for 30 days. I would also like to post yard sales. Tell me what you think and I'll add another guest book.

Did you know that we have 2 new parks on the Bay?
The Village of Palmetto Bay has aquired 2 properties at Park on the Bay 17301 Old Cutler Rd, currently open to the public and Bayside Park 17641 Old Cutler Rd, not open yet.
Also the Village is making Perrine Park an off-leash dog park located at 175th Terrace and US 1.
The park is a total of 92.65 acres. Located just off of 87th Ave and 216th St behind Whigam Elementary school. This park is currently under construction.
The plans are to develop 22 acres as baseball, soccer, football, basketball, softball, and skating parks. Parking is on the site as well as the proposed trailhead for horse trailers.
The plans include developing another 15 acres as picnic areas with canoe launches, shelters, tot lots, the splash playground (water park for young children) and the nature and recreation center. Parking is also on this site.
The remaining 55 acres are the conservation area with nature trails, rookery etc.
Also included are plans to extend (in the future) the conservation walkways to the newly acquired Environmentally Endangered Lands, located to the east of the park.
Lakes By The Bay Park is within the city boundaries
but will be a County REGIONAL Park. The County will pay to develop this park
